Ebbstone Asset Managers was formed in late 2018 by Neil Jackson and Andrew Glencross to provide bespoke property asset management services to its clients.
We focus on real estate investment, asset management for both individual assets and portfolios, developments and development management, and real estate finance. We also provide full property management services through Ebbstone Property Managers. We have a deep knowledge of all the elements of the South African property market and are also actively involved in select offshore opportunities in Mauritius.
Ebbstone also conducts full due diligence investigations on all pertinent aspects of acquisitions, from review of contracts and technical condition to risk assessment, property valuation and cashflow analysis.
